At EMS Ltd we pride ourselves on our safety policy, our teams comprise of site managers and foremen who have SMSTS along with CSCS qualifications and in addition all our trades people have CSCS qualifications as standard one of the team will also be First Aid trained. All staff are trained and working to current CDM health and safety regulations.
Our Contracts Management Team will control your project from start to finish, working with the client, your nominated contractors, our own contractors, local authority planning officers, HSE, utilities companies and whoever else the contract requires to achieve a successful, on-time conclusion to the project. They will produce detailed programmes. All staff are trained and qualified to current regulations and will be your one point of call during the project.

We are able to provide high quality 2D drawings, from simple layouts to detailed construction or planning drawings and can expand these into presentations so that you can see the final product before manufacture or installation. If you need us to survey the property first, we can and provide accurate drawings from our site survey.
